PawRest Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
2. Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
3. Delivery times and costs
We offer a single delivery option to keep things simple and straightforward.

4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
5. Delivery address and returns
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, we may charge a fee to re-send it.
6. Lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawrest.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost or damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement in line with our Refund Policy
